Mr. Gobin's Classroom

This is my first year I won’t have a first day of school since I was 5 years old. I had many great memories as a teacher, but now it’s on to my next adventure.

Enjoying some delicious pizza and cannolis at Pasquale’s! We also played color tag in front of the Plummer building. I won.... every time....

Got this message from a student I worked with at Gage Elementary and John Adams. I’m proud of the father and human being he has become!

I want you to know..

1. You seriously helped me at an impressionable time in my life. Even if it felt like nothing at the time, you really helped.

2. I am more than impressed in what you do for your students. I see your posts on Facebook and honestly hope I can do that much for people some day.

3. You're talking about those kids as if they're you're own instead of just a responsibility, that goes far in my book.

4. I know at least ten other people who think highly of you for just taking an hour out of your day to help some kids in need of small group interaction.

5. You're just an amazing guy, even in 5th grade when you were a TA, you had a whole class room looking up to you like you were the coolest cat to strut the halls.

You're doing above and beyond for others, I thought I would spend 5 seconds typing out a reminder that it's not taken for granted. Would love to get together with all of the kids some time and just hang out.
