GVBA - Grand View Beach Association

SPRING CLEAN-UP - MAY 15TH - This week the various neighborhood associations met to discuss issues that impact residents in the waterfront along the lake and ponds. One topic was to bring back the neighborhood clean-up campaigns that some of us participated in a few years back. The proposal (more information coming) is that on May 15th volunteers from the CBNA, Grand View Beach, Grand View Heights, and potentially Beattie Beach and Braddock Bay neighborhood associations meet at a town sponsored central location for a kick off breakfast. The groups would be dispatched to their various water front areas including the shorelines along Buck Pond, Long Pond, Cranberry Pond, and (if we have a beach) Lake Ontario. The town would provide all materials and protective equipment necessary. A lunch would be provided once the job is complete.
