‘Resilience’ - Print 4 of The Generose Series
‘Resilience’ is inspired by the courage to begin again.
To keep unfolding despite uncertainty.
To trust that beauty can grow from what once felt broken.
Flowers are shaped by both sun and storm, and this piece is meant to honor the power of persistence and the grace found in continuing forward.

‘Synapse’ - Print One of the Generose Series.
Created during my hospitalization at Generose Hospital, this piece reflects the complexity of healing. The winding lines flow like neural pathways. Forming, pausing, reconnecting, and mirroring the layers as I moved through grief, diagnosis, and self-discovery.
Healing seldom follows a straight path. It curves, overlaps, loops back, forth, and unfolds in its own time.
Synapse honors the maze of undoing and the beauty in staying.

2026 has been full of new art and paint-stained hands. Just the way I like it.
02/25/2025
Two pivotal moments this week:
1. In church this past Sunday we talked about the goal of all of this. When you take away the rigidity and the human constructs surrounding the Americanized church, the point comes down to one thing: for all of us to get to heaven TOGETHER.
2. In therapy my counselor said something simple and wise that I’d never heard so clearly before. She said, “Don’t ever blame god for what people do.“
The verse of the day, 02.24.2025, comes from Galatians, 5:14.
“Love your neighbor as yourself.”
I’ve always struggled with this one. Not because I struggle to love people, but because I’ve had the tendency to love others more than myself. I’d go as far as losing myself in others in order to avoid facing myself.
I’ve been leaning into scripture heavily, especially in this season, and the more I lean in, the more clearly I see that the point isn’t to love someone as much as something else — it’s to love, period.
So, I made two versions of today’s verse. One more elaborate than the other, but whichever one speaks to you, please rest in that and know you are loved and welcome here for all that you are.
