We are growing! Our team is searching for an HR or Business Administrative professional to assist in our recruiting and Human Resources functions. Recruiting experience not necessary, but must be willing to roll your sleeves up and learn!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Post new positions on websites and job boards
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Coordinate & partner with Business Development team to conduct interviews
- Collect and update our database with new hire information
- Opportunity to develop and refine hiring and recruitment process
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Requirements:
- At least one year completed in a business or human resources major
- Some experience in an office environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in team-oriented, but also independent environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
