Responded to a failed bearing assembly on a pump—caught it before it turned into a much bigger (and more expensive) problem. Removed the damaged components, installed a new bearing assembly, aligned everything properly, and verified smooth operation before putting it back into service.

These are the kind of issues that can sneak up if equipment isn’t being regularly inspected. A little noise or vibration today can turn into major downtime tomorrow.

Customer had a flooded basement with about 4-5 inches of water. Sump pump failed. Replaced the pump, helped the customer remove wet things from the basement & cleaned up the water with a squeegee.
