Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Assisting your crew with daily tasks, as directed by the Foreman.
· Shoveling
· Lifting, Bending, Reaching
· Working with hand and power tools
Must be a team player, have good communication skills, and be on time and ready for work when your shift starts. We offer Health Insurance and 401K with company match.

• Set-up daily job site
• Run daily paving operation
• Track and record material usage per job site
• Help to mentor and develop crew members to reach their potential
• Lead crew with positivity and communication
• Work with crew members to meet safety regulations
2+ years of experience as a Paving Foreman REQUIRED. Must be a team player, have good communication and problem solving skills and be able to remain calm under pressure. We offer Health Insurance and 401K with company match.
