AAT3D just completed another CAPPSNC installation at the DMG MORI facility in Iga, Japan
CAPPSNC software will be used on 2 new DMU1000 SE machines for on-machine metrology and GD&T reporting at the Iga plant. We look forward to continuing our quality relationship with DMG MORI, both for their own use in manufacturing and for collaborating on many projects with customers to help them reach their smart manufacturing goals around the world.

This is exciting news for anyone in the CNC machining industry who wants to utilize non-contact scanning with their CNC quality inspection processes. AAT3D has been a leader in integrating non-contact scanning directly into CNC machines for a decade. We have partnered with NIKON METROLOGY to offer a seamless integration solution. This solution simplifies the use of Nikon's wireless non-contact laser scanners, the LC15Dx and L100, with AAT3D's CAPPSNC in-process metrology software. This collaboration allows for easier and more efficient use of Nikon's high-precision laser scanners within the existing workflow of AAT3D's CAPPSNC software for CNC machining.
