We’re proud to recognize Chandru Rao, who recently completed his MBA at Oakland University.

As the leader of our Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation initiatives, Chandru advances the development of our control products by leveraging multi-physics simulation across structural, electromagnetic, and fluid domains. His work accelerates development while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.

This achievement strengthens his role at Solero Technologies through enhanced strategic thinking, business insight, and cross-functional collaboration. It will also enable closer alignment of simulation-driven innovation with customer needs, program timelines, and overall product strategy.

From reducing prototyping cycles to delivering best-in-class transmission solenoids, Chandru’s work brings together engineering excellence and business value. This combination will continue to support our future product development and innovation efforts.
