Being a family-owned business has blessed us with so much more than just a restaurant—it has given us lifelong friendships with so many of you. Watching customers become friends has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey, and we’re incredibly thankful for each and every one of you.

While most of us are still hitting snooze, Matt is already hard at work at Dragon’s Den. 🍞🍕

Long before the doors open, he’s in the shop making our fresh bread and preparing all of the dough that becomes your favorite pizzas, strombolis, and rolls. It’s a labor of love that happens every single day, and it’s one of the reasons we’re so proud of the food we serve.

There’s something special about knowing that the bread, pizza dough, and stromboli dough are made fresh right here by hand. It takes dedication, early mornings, and a whole lot of hard work—but Matt wouldn’t have it any other way.🍕
