I had a great time hosting a speed clinic with 20 Prince Edward Island athletes. Always a pleasure to work where it all started!

A great opportunity for your athlete to learn acceleration and speed as a skill, similar to the way they develop hitting, fielding and throwing!

Scott Podsednik 2005 MLB World Series Champ and I are holding a speed performance camp at Lake Dallas High School on August 18-19th at 7-8:30pm. Cost for both days is $175 which includes a 'Base Speed' custom T-Shirt, Autographed photograph and Q&A session.

After watching the Canadian championships come to a finale, two emotions come to mind: Pride and Excitement. I'm proud that I left my legacy on that meet, as my Championship meet record of 20.34sec will stand for at least one more year and Excitement to see a new crop of sprinters taking Canadian athletics to new heights.
