Watkins Glen recap.

A strong weekend for Gou Racing at the Michelin Pilot Challenge LP Building Solutions 120.

We qualified 6th and knew we had a car capable of fighting at the front. Eduardo had a great opening stint, showing strong pace from the start and moving into the top 3 within the first 20 minutes of the race. He handed the car over to Eddie in 2nd place, putting us in a great position to keep fighting for the podium.

From there, we continued running in the top 3 and ultimately brought it home in 3rd place. Our strategy was strong, and if the race had gone fully green, we believe we had a real opportunity to fight for an even better result. Still, we leave Watkins Glen extremely happy, with a trophy and Audi’s first podium in the USA this year.

A big thank you to Trevor McClure for a great strategy call and to Stallion Motorsports for giving us a strong setup all weekend. The car had pace, the ex*****on was there, and the entire team delivered when it mattered.

Gou Racing continues to become more and more competitive with every race. We are proud of this result, grateful for everyone who makes it possible, and excited to keep building from here.
