Another hot day is predicted across the Star City! If you need to get out of the elements and cool off, please note the following locations will be operating as cooling stations until libraries reopen Monday:

Melrose Plaza The Market on Melrose: 2502 Melrose Ave. NW, Suite A

Additionally, free, cool water will be available at the following places across the City:

The Hope Center Of 11Th Street: 510 11th St. NW

Roanoke Police Department - VA Patrol officers will have water in their cars for those who need it.
