I ran the BGOE Tampa Bay squad through the FBI Qualification today. Collected some good data and helped point out some areas to improve. I'll run it myself sometime late this week. I remember running this for the first time with a few years back, good times!

Despite Houston's +100° temperatures this past weekend, Phase II Collective () provided Instructor Development Training that can only be described as exemplary! I'd like to publicly thank the cadre for ensuring a safe environment to train in as well fostering comradery between the instructors and cadre alike. It's been 5 months since I ordered it, but it's finally here!!! I'd like to thank everyone at Laser Marking Technologies, LLC for all the hard work that went into this machine as well as Complete Capital Services for all the help on the financing end! A lot more posts to come regarding the machine itself. Now...anyone have a crowbar handy??? 🤓
