To start, the Allens chose an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred workmanship and material warranty — one of the strongest warranties in the industry. We paired that with Duration shingles in Estate Gray, DuraRidge hip & ridge shingles, and Rhino G peel-and-stick underlayment for maximum durability and protection.

We also upgraded their old poly-dome skylights to energy-efficient, hurricane impact–rated self-flashing skylights, ensuring safer and more efficient natural lighting. 🌤️

To improve ventilation, we added a solar-powered attic fan along with Ventsure ridge venting — a perfect combo for a healthier, longer-lasting roof system.

During the project, we replaced 24 sheets of plywood to ensure a solid roof deck and completed over 800 linear feet of new rafters, fascia, flashing, and siding. 💪🔥

All of this came together to create a beautiful, properly installed roof the homeowners can enjoy for many years without worry.
