The Reference Book

Earlier I asked my audience to ask me questions that they want me to answer. This is just one of several but this stood out the most.
"Adam, why do you talk so much s**t about people?"
When this question was asked, it caught me completely off guard. I was also wondering how many others think that I'm talking s**t, especially ones who I bring up when I speak on things I've experienced in my life.
We need to learn to take responsibility for our actions and understand that social media has built everybody to stay in their comfort zone, but how can you grow and become a better version of yourself if anything that you do is always right and if people tell you about yourself, you are wrong?
But what do I know? I'm just dissecting the world around me.
