A Friendly Summer Reminder to Our Clients (and Fellow Cleaners)

With the heat we’ve been experiencing and will continue to experience this week, I’d like to ask for a small favor that makes a big difference.

If your home has air conditioning, please consider turning it on before your scheduled cleaning, preferably between 68-72 degrees. If you don’t have air conditioning, having multiple fans running and windows open (when weather allows) can help create airflow and make the environment safer to work in.

Professional cleaning is very different from cleaning your own home. We’re constantly vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, bending, lifting, carrying supplies, climbing stairs, and moving from room to room with very few breaks. It’s physically demanding work, and extreme indoor heat can quickly lead to heat exhaustion.
