🚨 Round #3 Launch Coming 5/19 🚨

The Catalyst Funding process continues to drive inclusive economic and workforce development across the Inland Empire. With $9 million total, this initiative supports projects at every stage— from early concepts to implementation-ready solutions.

Roughly $3 million is awarded per round. All grants must be expended by September 2026.

Round 3 applications will officially open on Monday, May 19, 2025, and close on Monday, June 30, 2025.
