This one of my great patient who have lost all his upper teeth while in youth and most of his lower teeth were restored very shabby. I took up the challenge to restore both with in a limited budget that means a lot of compromises while keeping the masticatory and cosmetic priority on the top. First I restored the lower to have proper occlusion height, then I turned my attention to the upper edentulous arch. THERE was a great bone loss and challenge of restoring implants on flabby ridges. Six implants that is three on each side were placed almost 3 months before, these were completely buried inside the bone. Because a temporary full denture has to be planned keeping in view of his age.SO AFTER 3 MONTHS of wait , this video is showing the complete IMPLANT supported bridge containing 14 units that is teeth. LOOK at how beautiful the results are produced.
+In this video #14 tooth upper left first molar space is shown with horizontal and vertical bone graft using non resorable membrane using two titanium screws 4x2 with corticol and cancellous bone along with simultaneous placement of FDA approved implant . After a period of 3 months the membrane and screws are being removed and it reveals vivid and thick amount of bone around the implant. At this time after screwing the healing abutment into the implant and flap being sutured back with 3-0 silk sutures.NEXT stage will be loading that is making of implant crown for use of eating food.
