🚀 Congratulations to Tom Rust on his promotion to Content Strategy and Development Manager!

Tom earned the position after 25 dedicated years as Senior Graphic Designer at Bourns. He is looking forward to growing as a leader and strategist while continuing to support the team as a whole.

“I’m most excited to expand my own horizons and find new ways to be of service to the team,” Tom shared. “My biggest goal is actually just to be the manager my colleagues believe I can be.”

While stepping into a new leadership position can be daunting, Tom recently picked up the perfect hobby outside of work to promote relaxation and focus. “I started meditating about a year and half ago, and it has made a huge difference in my life.”

No doubt it will serve him well as he embarks on this exciting journey.
