Let’s be real—while we love the fireworks, our fur babies definitely did NOT vote for the big sky booms! 🎆🐶❌
Tonight is the loudest night of the year, so here is a quick, loving checklist to keep your pets calm, safe, and right by your side:
🏰 Build a Safe Fort: Close all windows and doors to muffle the sound. Put on a fan, white noise machine, or a movie to drown out the sudden bangs.
🏷️ ID Tags On: Make sure your pets are wearing collars with updated ID tags, and double-check that their microchips are registered correctly. 🏃♂️
Early Potty Breaks: Take them out for their long walks and bathroom breaks early in the afternoon before the sun goes down and the fireworks begin.
🧊 Distraction Toys: Freeze a KONG toy with peanut butter or bring out their absolute favorite puzzle toys to keep their minds busy!
Let's keep our local pets safe and happy this Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙
