Back in May 2020, this property was destroyed by a fire that started in the garage. Unfortunately the owner and their family had nowhere else to go, so they lived in a camper in front of the burned property.

We were able to help them by purchasing the property so they could move out to Montana. Just before Christmas, we were able to close escrow and wire the proceeds to the sellers. It was a true pleasure for our team to work with these good people and get them out from this traumatic experience.

Now, our construction crew begins the work to bring this property back to life for another family looking to make Moreno Valley their home.
