Manny was outstanding! We were beside ourselves with the possible water damage to our new flooring and some interior walls. Manny let us know ahead of time the best and worst-case scenarios for removing the water that came from a leaking valve behind the refrigerator. He took care not to disturb what was covered for protection and items set aside out of the way. He started with the less intrusive solution to our water damage which was drying out the flooring and walls with dehumidifiers and fans. It worked!
