Fad Transport is looking for a Dispatch out of California Otr

Job Description – CDL REQUIRED!
We are looking for an experienced over the road truck driver (2 years minimum) - long distance deliveries
for Semi Truck
Responsibilities
· Manage freight hauling pickup and deliveries Over the Road (OTR) / regional 5-10 days away from home - not local
deliveries
· Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
· Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
· Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break
periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
· Ability to operate a pallet jack and possible driver assist needed
· 1099 / random drug testing
Skills
· Proven work experience as an Over the Road (OTR)/ interstate truck driver - Not local routes
· Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS & ELD)
· Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
· Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
· No recent moving or driving violations
· Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work independently with minimal
supervision
· Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
· Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or Copy of MVR required (3 yrs)
Compensation
1500 per week
