Hello Everyone, it's LYNNX owner of BEAUTY SNOBZ...as a stylist for over 36 years, I always take my clients into consideration when they are receiving a service. This can be controversial but NO ANSWER IS WRONG...as a professional, I understand that some of my guests are there to relax and decompress. With that being said, I always try to ask all the necessary questions and answer any concerns from my Guests PRIOR to the service. With that being said, I ask my Guests, would they like a "Quiet Service". If they respond yes, then I refrain from talking but check on them from time to time. Sometimes watching my guest sleep is therapeutic for me as well. It's letting me know that touch is relaxing for them and that they may not want to be "bothered". I know my clients who love conversation (Pattye with a YE) and a few others as well. But as a professional, it's ok to give your guests Quiet time and provide a service without a lengthy conversation. They appreciate it more than you can imagine. Sometimes they just need that Nap.
