Hot chicken sandwich with fried onions, rice and add Blanches’ salad and this is the makings for another great meal. Oh, and we didn’t forget the beef vegetable soup!

Mixing in the ricotta, then Rich’s delicious sauce, add sausage and then serving it up for Monday night’s dinner. With soup and Daphne’s Garlic bread, of course
