will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

We will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Public Notice

Sandoval County Public Works is currently experiencing a disruption in phone and internet services. Due to this outage, we are unable to operate the landfill scale house.

As a result, the landfill will be closed for the remainder of the day on April 22, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

EAST MOUNTAINS UPDATE: The intensity of the storm appears to be lower than forecasted in the East Mountains. PNM no longer plans to implement a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) at this time.

The Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) in the East Mountains is expected begin around 1:00 p.m. We will continue to post updates on social media as we get updates and continue to monitor weather conditions.

Weather Alert: Santa Fe and Las Vegas areas. A Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) is not planned in these communities at this time.
