🩷Pink Friday with a Purpose 🩷 Thanks to information shared by his towing family, at Rahn’s Wrecker Service, who he proudly worked for, we have the honor of sharing the story of Floyd “Angel” Crespo!

On Thursday, September 25, Floyd was struck & killed while working as a tow operator. For over two decades, he showed up for people in some of their hardest moments…standing on the shoulder of busy highways, changing tires, towing broken down vehicles, & making sure strangers got home safely. Angel did it all with strength, kindness, & compassion.

For 13 years, Floyd and his fiancée Jen built a beautiful life together. He loved her daughter, Mia, as his own! He taught her to drive, guided her into adulthood, and was there for every little moment in between. He was truly the best man for Jen & for Mia. Their world will never be the same without him. 💔

Floyd was taken from his family, his friends, and his coworkers far too soon; because a driver did not slow down, and did not move over, to give him the space he needed to finish his job safely. His death was preventable!

Any person behind the wheel, no matter what size vehicle you drive, has a responsibility. When you see any type of flashing lights, cones, a flagger, a tow truck, or even a broken down vehicle on the side of the road..
⚠️ Please Slow down & Move over ⚠️

According to national data, an emergency responder is struck and killed approximately once a week on America’s roadways; hunders more are injured every year. Floyd was death #20 this year in emergency responders struck & killed while working on the roadway. Since his passing, at least 5 more have lost their lives (not including those who were hit and injured.) It has to stop!

🩷 This Pink Friday, 10% of our proceeds will go directly to Floyd’s fiancée, Jen, & his stepdaughter, Mia to honor the love he had for them, the life they built together, & to stand beside them as they face the unthinkable.
