MORNING YOGA BEGINS AT NW WORKOUTS THIS MONDAY, MAY 3!!!!🧘‍♀️

🧘‍♀️ In addition to our PM class, a we will now be adding a Beginner’s Yoga morning class to our NW Workouts schedule Monday May 3 @ 9am! This class will help you learn or improve your yoga skills with our most amazing instructor. He will lead you through a safe session designed to stretch and lengthen tight muscles while leaving you feeling relaxed in ways you’ll come to love 😌
