Did you know we offer both grass and grain finished beef? 🌾

All of our cows freely graze the pastures and are grass fed, however some customers prefer a grain finished product. In these cases, we feed a local grain for the final 60-90 days in addition to grass. What exactly does this achieve?

Finishing a cow with grain enhances the marbling and flavor of the meat, improving the overall taste. While grass fed is delicious, a lot of our customers prefer a grain finished product.
