STEAM + Entrepreneurship in Action! ✨👾🛍️

Campers in 4th & 5th Grade B with Ms. Bailey and Mr. Jay put their STEAM skills to work as they designed, built, and tested prototypes for products they'll be selling at the Peter Paul Pop Up Shop!

Using the engineering design process, campers brainstormed ideas, created prototypes, and problem-solved through challenges during production. They then took their products to 4th & 5th Grade A, where they evaluated their designs and made improvements based on peer critiques, just like real product designers and entrepreneurs.

To cap off the experience, campers presented their creations to "the boss," Ms. Foster, giving her a sneak peek at the innovative products that will be available at the Peter Paul Pop-Up Shop on July 30.

Through this hands-on project, campers combined Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) with entrepreneurship, creativity, and teamwork to bring their ideas to life. We can't wait to see them showcase their hard work and ingenuity at the Peter Paul Pop Up Shop!

Kindness was on full display this week!

Elementary grade students competed for the Spirit Stick by "filling each other's buckets" through positive actions, encouragement, and acts of kindness that help build a stronger community.

We're proud to recognize Ms. Young's class, who earned the honor this week and showed us all what it means to lift others up.
