I was working on a customer’s Samsung front load washing machine the other day, they said it was not draining. I opened up their pump and found a sock stuck inside. So it is true—washing machines do eat socks! I wish I had taken photos, but I forgot to.

Customer said his machine was making an awful noise, so I suspected a seized roller. Opened it up to find a few dryer sheets jammed in the blower wheel! Someone must've run the dryer without a filter in it.
