Commonwealth Throws Club

Strong showing at AAU Indoor Nationals! Had an unconventional “sweep” with 1st in Boys 17-18 shot, 2nd in girls 17-18 shot, 3rd in girls 15-16 shot then 4th in boys 17-18 shot! In total, 4 All-American finishes and 3 new PRs.

Outdoor preparations are underway, but we still have a few more goals in these last few indoor opportunities 👀

In celebration of CTC finishing YEAR 10, check out the top 10 girls shot put and discus performances since we started training athletes in 2015! Very proud of these marks along with any personal best we have helped an athlete achieve! Here’s to 10 more years!

There are guys headed to D1, D2, D3 and Juco school from this group and I’m excited to see all they accomplish with the rest of their throwing careers and beyond!

Many of these guys will have their “last ride” next weekend at nationals! Let’s go out with a bang!
