What’s growing in your garden? 🌱

Where we work in Bolivia, children and families in our Mi Huerto Estrella (”My Star Garden”) program are learning how to grow fresh, healthy food at home. For kids, being in the garden together is more than the beginning of nutritious meals—it’s a time for family bonding, learning and deep connection with nature.

The situation in Venezuela is grave following Wednesday's devastating double earthquakes. At least 1,719 people have died, and thousands more are still missing. Amid the staggering loss of life and damage to critical infrastructure is a third crisis: widespread family separation. Many children have been orphaned.

ChildFund is working through our trusted local partners to identify children who have been separated from their families and provide lifesaving support. Our response is twofold: to supply children and families with tangible relief like food and medical care, and to protect them from the dangers that abound in this chaotic environment.
