Throughout this winter, your furnace has been working hard to keep you and your family warm! One thing that is often overlooked is a clean air filter. During winter, it's a good idea to change or clean your air filter monthly to avoid inefficiency, an increase in expenses, a drop in home comfort, and unnecessary repairs. These filters can be found at local hardware stores and large box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. These filters can also be changed out during any routine service call with one of our technicians.

With the severe cold and snow that we've experienced this past month, our delivery drivers have been working long hours to keep up with deliveries to your home.

If you are physically able we would appreciate any help you can provide in keeping access to your fill pipe or propane tank cleared of snow.

• Keep a path to your fill pipe or propane tank free of snow and not blocked by snowbanks

• Keep the area around your underground propane tank dome clear of snow.

• Keep your driveway clean and sand/salt when necessary.

• If you have a gate or fence, please make sure it is unlocked and easily openable.

Our delivery drivers will appreciate anything you can do to make your delivery as smooth as possible.
