Hi friends!!!

I have a photography studio downtown (101 W Broad street) and I'm looking for someone to share that space with me. Maybe? Another photographer or videographer would be great.

In addition that space has a really cute front separate office that is up for rent. A hair & makeup artist has been renting the space for the past 4+ years and she just moved out. Office space could be used for any business really. There is a shared front doo entry so not ideal for anything that needs complete privacy (so no therapy, etc). There is a large shared storage room and kitchen area in back as well! The space is very quiet!
