📢 Smith Elementary School Dress Code Update 2026–2027 👕👖👟
At Smith Elementary, we believe that when students dress the part, they lead the way! 🌟
As we prepare for a successful new school year, please take a moment to review our updated dress code guidelines. Students should wear clothing that is safe, comfortable, and appropriate for learning.
✅ Remember:
• Shirts must fully cover the tummy
• Shorts and skirts should be appropriate length without rips
• Closed-toe, safe shoes with backing are required
• School-friendly images and messages only
• Student ID badges must be worn daily
• Hoodies and jackets are allowed, but hoods must remain down inside the building
❌ Not permitted:
• Pajamas
• Flip-flops or unsafe footwear
• Clothing with inappropriate words, images, or messages
• Very short shorts or skirts
• Hats or hoods worn indoors
• Tight-fitting clothing

En la Primaria Smith, creemos que cuando los estudiantes visten de manera adecuada, ¡marcan el camino! 🌟
Mientras nos preparamos para un nuevo año escolar exitoso, por favor tómese un momento para revisar nuestras normas actualizadas sobre el código de vestimenta. Los estudiantes deben usar ropa segura, cómoda y apropiada para el aprendizaje.
✅ Recuerde:
• Las camisetas deben cubrir completamente el abdomen
• Los pantalones cortos y las faldas deben tener ser un tamaño apropiado y no presentar roturas
• Se requiere zapatos seguro, cerrado y con sujeción en el talón
• Solo se permiten imágenes y mensajes adecuados para el entorno escolar
• Se deben llevar las tarjetas de identificación estudiantil a diario
• Se permiten chamarras con gorro y chaquetas, pero las capuchas deben mantenerse bajadas dentro del edificio
❌ No permitido:
• Pijamas
• Chanclas o zapatos inseguro
• Ropa con palabras, imágenes o mensajes inapropiados
• Pantalones cortos o faldas demasiado cortos
• Gorros o capuchas puestos en interiores
• Ropa muy ajustada
