🚨 We're Hiring: Operations Analysts (3 Openings) 🚨

Are you a strong problem solver who thrives in fast-paced operational environments? We're looking for Operations Analysts to join our team in Norfolk, VA and play a critical role in supporting power restoration and emergency response operations.

📍 Location: Norfolk, VA (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Rotating 6-week shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

Analyze customer calls and operational data to identify the location and cause of power outages

Dispatch first-response personnel and repair crews efficiently during outages and emergency situations

Coordinate service restoration efforts and operational staffing through ARCOS

Evaluate data from multiple sources and develop effective action plans

Support both internal and external customers in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment

What We're Looking For

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads

✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure

✅ Experience analyzing large datasets and coordinating operational responses

✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✅ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Experience

Operations center or dispatch experience

Utility operations center experience

911 dispatch or emergency operations center experience

Prior Operations Analyst experience supporting internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
