A Better Day Than Yesterday Initiative Program

When I started A Better Day Than Yesterday, my brother Mahee introduced me to 🌺Ceydria🌺. From the very beginning, she became more than a friend, she became my sister.

She has been one of my biggest supporters from day one, and that has never changed.

Meeting Aubre was a blessing. He had the sweetest, gentlest spirit, and it was an honor to watch him grow from a young boy into a responsible young man who was finding his way. His life made an impact, and his memory will continue to live on in all of us.

🌺Ceydria🌺, there are no words that can take away the pain of losing a child. Today, I stand with you as you honor Aubre’s life. Gone far too soon, but never forgotten. We will continue to speak his name, cherish his memory, and pray for your strength and healing while continuing to advocate for an end to gun violence.

I love you, sis, and I will always be here for you, whether it’s 2 a.m. or 2 p.m. I might be far but I am a call away.
