🔐 1. Educate Clients About Wire Fraud – Tell them never to trust emailed wire instructions without verbal confirmation from the title company. A scammer’s email can look exactly like the real thing!

📧 2. Use Secure Communication – Avoid sending sensitive info via regular email. Use encrypted portals or secured document-sharing platforms.

🔑 3. Strengthen Your Passwords & Use MFA – If “Realtor123” is your password… we need to talk. Use complex passwords and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all real estate platforms.

📵 4. Beware of Public Wi-Fi – Logging into your MLS or client files at Starbucks? Hackers love that. Use a VPN or your phone’s hotspot instead.
