Essential RVA Microgreens

I’ve never had “ramps” before. They are something like leeks meet onion, but rare and native. When I was told they are best on home made pizza while visiting for a mushroom hunt and picking up a bag- you might say I took It to heart. So I made pizza from scratch- I’ve never done that, making the dough and all… but it lead to another future offering (give me two weeks, but pop in tomorrow at market to get a sneak taste). I know, I know… where are the micros? They were on my pizza yesterday. I juiced a few ounces today. I get in my micros just about every day in one form or another. But mostly by juicing. Followed by pizza and then sandwiches/burgers. I wish I had fresh jalapeños, but luckily, I have a sauce from . is the best cooking.
