Ahh.. the year has technically just started & had a few moves, and “I forgot”appointments..
I know Life happens, but this year I am going to be adding a fee to your next appointment.
So this is your reminder. 48 hours please if you need to reschedule or cancel. (of course if you are sick thats different ) Especially evening appointments.
I cant “just fill” a appointment slot as most seem to think 😉
