Charisma Custom Remodeling

One of the many projects we've been working on lately.
This customer had beautiful Oak hardwood floors from 1037, still stained the original honey oak color, and wanted to go to a VERY dark black walnut. They had also been waxing the floor 1-2X per month for decades. 😳
It was a beast of a project getting all of the wax up, but turned out beautifully in the end.

Last week we repaired a dining room that had YEARS of water damage, causing all of the framing, plaster and lathe, built in cabinets, flooring, subfloor, and joists to rot.
