About the Job:

ProspectHunter has openings for Business Development Specialists to join our expanding sales team.

You will work closely with an Account Manager on a particular campaign to schedule meetings.

We are interested in helping our Representatives develop into management roles with us.

The Positions Offers:

Your Duties Will Include

Outreach to prospects using multiple technologies to secure qualified meetings for our clients
Logging and recording activity in CRMs
Communicating with clients via calls and emails
Ensuring clients are satisfied

The qualities we are seeking in our Sales Representatives are:

Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to navigate a conversation with key decision makers in multiple verticals and at various seniority levels w/in organizations
Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, as well various CRMs
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task activities while shifting priorities
Prominent organization decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player, and work well with others
Detail oriented with exemplary organizational skills
Highly resourceful with strong sales aptitude and willingness and ability to learn and understand technology solutions
Most importantly a relentless desire to win
