We would like to start by thanking you all for sticking with us through these tough times. Your never ending support can never be overstated.

We’ve been getting a lot of messages inquiring when we will open again. That time is here!. We reopen tomorrow Monday May 18th. However, there will be some conditions for safety reasons. We hope you can understand.

POD Covid-19 operation rules.

1) Please be considerate and not visit the gym if you are not feeling well.
2) Max occupancy will be 7-9 people at a time. By scheduled time (scheduler will be available on website shortly )
3) Gloves are required. We also recommend using mask when safe. (Put mask on in between sets, if it restricts your breathing)
4) Please wash your hands and clean equipment BEFORE and AFTER your workout. We will have cleaning solutions and hand sanitizers at all lifting stations.
5) We will have signage across the gym in accordance with CDC and the state of Texas.
6) POD Management will frequently clean and disinfect all equipment. We will also monitor traffic. Please do not bring guest to the gym at this time.
7) POD will Open 4:AM and close by 10:00PM over the next 2 weeks
