What project would you put on your personal highlight reel — and why?

Conagra with a large interior office component and over a million sqft warehouse that included a curving east wall with docks to serve and railroad line. That project was the largest learning experience I had. Making sure the docks on the curb wall aligned with the train carts was harder than expected.

What’s your power move when creativity hits a wall?

it’s not a road block it’s a detour remember stay positive you only miss the shots that you don’t take.

Position Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial design with 1-2 years of experience in project management
• Accredited degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Registered Interior Designer
• Revit experience
• Self-starter/self-motivated
• Ability to interact well in various business and social settings with a variety of people in a mature and professional manner
• Advanced knowledge of FF&E
• Proven leadership skills
• Delegate and oversee the entire design process
• Effectively and confidently address competing priorities
• Ability to plan, manage, and complete diverse tasks on defined schedules
• Knowledge of current industry trends

Alliance Architects is looking for an organized multitasker to join our tight knit family of collaborative designers and architects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and running multiple interior projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will partner and collaborate with clients, consultants, and other team members as well as direct the A&E team to ensure the projects successful completion.
