Throughout Mental Health Awareness Month, our teams took time to step away from the pace of the work and focus on the people behind it.
Construction is demanding. The hours are long, the pressure is real, and the work depends on people who carry a great deal of responsibility every day. That is why conversations about mental health, well-being, and support matter so much in our industry.
We believe there is a better way to build: one that values safety, respects people, and helps create a culture where mental health can be openly acknowledged. This recap video captures some of those moments from May and reflects a commitment that continues well beyond Mental Health Awareness Month.

It was a big night at the American Subcontractors Association - North Texas Chapter’s annual awards celebration— “Operation Blueprint” — at the Westin Southlake, where our team brought home two project awards!
