Balfour Beatty is proud to share that 2811 Maple, located in Dallas, Texas, has been named the winner of the first ever Sto Panel Technology Project of the Year award.

This inaugural award recognizes excellence across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction and design coordination to quality control, onsite installation constraints, and the final product. Selected from 15 submissions and evaluated by a panel of architects, 2811 Maple stood out for its comprehensive ex*****on and collaborative story.

Our team takes pride in delivering precision engineered prefabricated panels that bring architectural visions to life. The 8-inch deep triangular EIFS profiles allowed the building’s façade to achieve a stunning depth and shadow effect, exactly as designed while factory controlled production ensured consistency, sharp edges, and seamless installation across the 30 story tower.
