Top Notch Way, Inc, parent Company of Top Notch Treasures is looking for a Route Supervisor.

We are a Richardson, Tx based Sweeping Company looking for a working Route Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for supervising multiple routes involved in the sweeping and cleaning of “big box” retail stores in Dallas, Collin and Denton Counties.

This position will ensure, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, that routes are scheduled and staffed each evening and that they depart on time. The supervisor will also spot check stores to access that the team’s work was done to Customer and Company standards. The supervisor will also be assigned a select group of stores to service.

Additional duties will include upkeep and cleanliness of the shop area as well as light vehicle and equipment maintenance (oil changes, fluid checks and top off, occasional tires changes, etc).

The candidate that we are seeking should be a dependable self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision.

A valid drivers license is required.
