Another successful project in the books for QBS.
At Kirkwood Oaks in Southlake, our team delivered a full controls upgrade and infrastructure cleanup for a central chiller plant serving two buildings.
This project included:
• Integration from Network 8000 LON to Distech BACnet MS/TP
• Complete wire retrace and system documentation
• Central plant optimization to support multi-building operations
With the right approach systems can be transformed into modern infrastructure that’s easier to manage and scale.

We had a great time connecting with talented students and future engineers at the Engineering Career Fair at The University of Texas at Arlington.
