I am thrilled to announce the launch of my wellness coaching platform! I'm Makayla, a personal trainer and nutrition coach with close to a decade working in fitness. As a nursing student, my passion lies in preventative healthcare, so that is why I’ve started Revive Wellness, offering comprehensive coaching in fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery.
